forget eliza/william, I WANNA KNOW ABOUT IVY!!!

Such interesting, complex emotions AND CHOICES for her: she clearly likes Barnabus, enough to (eventually) accept his proposal, but she clearly is also hesitant about ACTUALLY marrying him!

Even when barnabus bring up desire to marry soon, Ivy amends his suggestions to slow down, postpone, and lengthen the engagement period.

I think it's an opportunity to explore an unconventional marriage or living situation bc I would LOVE to see Ivy still living with Eliza!

I think they both need each other (and their dynamic is lovely). So, what if Ivy and Barnabus married but lived separately?? Or what if he moved in with them? Or what if, somehow... idk, just something diff than the expected custom of Ivy leaving and moving in with Barnabus and serving him n his household. merh.

Ivy deserves time, flexibility, and the luxury of pacing her own choices.

In fact, Eliza teams up with Duke to investigate a burglary in a high-end brothel whose clients include important members of the British government.
