Yesterday completed my Store Manager programm - my District Manager and HR manager loved my store analysis!
Only 4 more working days and I will have 3 weeks off, finally! 😁 really needing some time off to relax, travel and not thinking about work.
Although it's wonderful what you can accomplish when someone believes in your potencial. From Shift supervisor to Assistant Store Manager in less than a year! Lets see the next updates.🤞🏻

Ah! From Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager, in one year and half! 🍀 it's been a month now, still fealing a little lost. But my coworkers are happy with the small changes, that I already acomplished for us.
