Trying to strategize and set up a functional(?)/reasonable pokemon team for a specific character as someone who has never paid attention to that kind of stuff is so funny to me. like. I'm mostly going off Smogon's recommended strats for each pokemon. The pokemon I've picked out probably wouldn't be a good team for actual competitive battling, I just chose them because reasons. The team has pretty good typing resist overall but is weak to electric-type moves three times over. I'm trying to figure out moves and natures and such for a speed-based strategy but I'm pretty sure only one of the pokemon is optimized for something like that. And this is for one single character. I have no idea if I'm going to go through this whole process again for any other characters, and if I do, I'm not looking forward to it.
