A Very Barduil October Prompts

Everyone suggested so many amazing prompts, and we (the mods) are very excited to present the list. This event will run from October 24th to October 31st, with the following prompts:

October 24th - Changing seasons

October 25th - Haunted

October 26th - Leaves

October 27th - Spider King

October 28th - Harvest

October 29th - Candles

October 30th - Pumpkins

October 31st - Darkness and light/Where the Veil grows thin

Excerpt:

Bard, despite his inexperience regarding all matters of dead and undead, had managed to get his wits about him and drag Bain upstairs. Thranduil had not answered the many calls Bard made – which, given the hour, made sense – so he had resorted to gathering the longest and sharpest knives from the kitchen and arming Bain with screwdrivers, pillowcases, and the biggest, fattest book he had at hand, which was, notably, Sigrid’s copy of Jane Eyre. Somehow, his daughter was helping them even when she was not around.

Hi, anon! Totally up to you - if you do go for NSFW, please just make sure it's appropriately tagged and that the post you tag us in is SFW - either a SFW crop with a link elsewhere or (possibly less safe from the censors) NSFW under a readmore.

If you're linking elsewhere, one thing to consider is that Twitter no longer lets non-members see pretty much anything, so linking there is likely to limit who can see your fabulous creation!
