If Universal and Warner Bros were smart about this, they'd make a Barbieland addition to their parks instead of trying to build a cinematic universe out of Mattel toys
#ignore me#barbie#barbieland#im just saying itd prolly make them and mattel more money in the longterm to make barbieland a real place parents can bring their kids#i feel like theyd prolly make bank on merch sales and tickets#barbieland roller coaster? barbieland ride thats a recreation of her car that takes you on a tour of the barbie neighborhood?#barbieland ride thats based on her dreamhouse that takes you on a longass tour of the set and props till you get to the pool slide?#itd prolly take a small fraction of the overall net gross this movie will make to create this park#and then the park itself will be a hotspot for years and years#i think the cinematic universe will prolly get them some short term gains but its gonna cost them more in the longrun#whereas this would be a sink hole at first before returning tons on the longterm investment
