I'm a 42 year old married man, photographer and marketer. I've worked as a trainer and professional development coach and I'd use the same techniques on you that I used professionally.

I also mentor a couple of people, so I would apply similar techniques for you. I take accountability for goals set and advice given, so I expect you to be accountable too. I praise good behaviour and goal achievement, and I discourage bad behaviour.
