GymBrah: "Y u put bands on da leg press" Me: "because bandz make her dance" But seriously it's all about strength curves. Bands make the negative part of an exercise much harder. You have to really fight the weight on the way down or else it feels like the weight is going to tear you a new booty hole. This style of training is good if you're trying to break past a plateau or are focusing on muscle hypertrophy AND IT will make you very sore. I did 8 sets(4working sets) of these yesterday after squats.
