Bless you by John is such a gorgeous gorgeous song. It’s most definitely about Paul right ?

I have to agree nonny. Listen to the opening guitar riff of Band on the Run (November 1973), and then the opening riff of Bless You (September 1974). They're not exactly the same, but I think John's riff is designed to call Paul's riff to mind.

I don't believe John ever included the word "wings" in a lyric without at least considering the possibility that it would be interpreted as a reference to Paul.

Then there's the phrase "love is strange" which is the title of a cover-song that was included on Wings' debut album Wild Life.

I wonder if Paul was (consciously or not) referencing this song with Only Love Remains?

I'd love to hear any more connections people have found.
