There's a special kind of feeling when you end up following a bunch of people who are each others' mutuals and pals but you are not in the circle you just witness it and so you know intimately what everyone teases one person about and who is in a love hate platonic relationship and who is whose wife versus who wants to fuck the other (derogatory) and who wants to fuck the other (affectionate) and it truly is one of the most parasocial of experiences online I think

CHOSE JOY [we need more love 💜 we need more joy] . I've been kinda laying low from social media for the past few week- head totally off my game. . I'm a total empath- I'm super sensitive to negativity around me and have purposely surrounded myself with people and choices that support positive growth. I have designed my life to work for what uplifts me. But with all the turmoil in the world right now, it has been hard for me to focus and be driven. Hard to not feel sadness and powerless in face of so much anger, hurt, upset... I could go on forever. . I have been questioning: what's the point of being a fitness coach when people are fighting to not get chemically bombed by their own people?!??? How could I be so f#cken irresponsible to bring not just one, but two innocent souls into such a f#cker up world?!? 🙈🙈🙈 . My meditations are filled with prayer for humanity. Prayers for a greater good between us all... . WHY AM I TELLING YOU THIS? . No, this isn't a fitness or health coaching post. Sorry- just a share to give you a why. . PLAY BIG. ✅ LOVE BIG. 💜 LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR. 🚹🚺 LIVE FULL OUT. ❕❕BE FEARLESS. ☠️👽👾 What I know is this- this isn't a f#cken dress rehearsal- we only get one chance at this round of life: only one. And it could be taken at any moment. And as much as I am often paralyzed by fear of so many things, I believe that if YOU, if I know better, can do better, have the tools to push past fear and PLAY BIG- it is our privilege and duty to play full out: BALLS TO WALL. . I AM CREATING JOY... Wherever I go and playing full out. Busting down boundaries and blasting the boxes I'm put in... ❇️What are you creating?
