Known as "Nasi Jinggo", it looks like a small portion wrapped rice with the side dish (egg/fish/beef/chicken). Nasi Jinggo usually wrapped using banana leaf in pyramid shape. But there is something unique from this traditional food, you can find a square-shaped leaf/paper when you open the wrapper . Bro Hery said that the locals (Balinese) have a tradition to put the food as best we can in the square-shaped leaf/paper before we start to eat . We do that in order to respect the precedes soul🙏 . You can do this when you visit Bali. It's more special if you can do it for the first time near the sea 💖 . This video is recorded a day before Galungan (feast day) . One of my friend told me the best Nasi Jinggo you can ever find is on Jl. Dewi Sri, Badung. Its only IDR 5.000 .
