I can’t believe I have been Bald for ten years. It has meant a lot of things to me over the years. It has been a middle finger to society, it has been a shield for those that judge before they know, it has been queer expression, it has been an iconic look for me. It has given me a canvas for art, it has given me a conversation starter, and a striking look for costuming. I don’t know if this will be forever but it has served me so well and something I have bonded with.
