Can we have some polyamorous headcanons? More specifically a/a/o? And maybe kiritodobaku?

I have never received an ask that progressively got better and better with each sentence like this.

General Alpha/Alpha/Omega Headcanons:

Mating bites work by saliva interacting with the bit scent gland. In the case of a polyamorous relationship, the second mating bite has to be delivered before the mating bite from the first partner has time to heal, or it will override the first claim instead of mixing with it.

It’s common for Alpha/Alpha relationships to argue a lot, and has no impact on whether or not it’s a healthy relationship, as alphas naturally tend to enjoy conflict. Omegas don’t, however, and the omega will usually play the mediator role in ending said arguments.

Alphas in Alpha/Alpha/Omega bonds tend to be less protective over their omegas, half because they’re already accustomed to the idea of the omega not being entirely theirs, and half because they know their alpha mate is also looking out for them.

Alpha/Alpha/Omega bonds are sometimes looked down upon for being “too hard on the poor omega.” Both alphas and the omega will be quick to put anyone who talks like this in their presence down. Alpha/Omega/Omega matings get an equal, if not greater, amount of shit for the alpha being “too greedy.”

Contrary to popular belief, the omega tends to be the one who calls the shots in the relationship, unless the two alphas team up against them in the decision, which rarely happens.

When the omega gets pregnant, their pack and friends sometimes make bets on who they think the father is. The two alphas will normally bet on themselves.

KiriTodoBaku:

They got together in high school. At first, they were competing over Bakugou, trying to out-do each other with gifts and shows of strength. Eventually, they got into an alpha fight over it, and the second Kiri pinned Todoroki down and they stared into each other’s eyes… breathing heavily… sweat dripping off them in waves… suddenly, they both had a simultaneous realization and shared problem in their pants.

After that, they started courting Bakugou together. Ochako gave Shouto and Mina gave Kirishima courting tips.

Kirishima felt a little insecure about the expensive gifts Todoroki was able to afford, but Todoroki started buying gifts out of the 100 yen shop the second he noticed.

The whole “omega is the mediator” dynamic? Literally could not be less true for them.

If you had to assign the mediator role to one of them, it’d be Kirishima, as Todoroki gets in more fights with Bakugou than Kiri does. In most cases, however, the alphas have to work together to hold Bakugou back from doing something stupid.

When they got mated, Kirishima bit Bakugou first, with Todoroki following right afterwards. When sealing the bond, Bakugou bit both of them first, before they bit each other.

Bakugou is the best cook in the relationship, so his main domestic role is cooking. Todoroki does most of the cleaning, while Kirishima does the laundry, dishes, and any handiwork that needs to be done.

Kirishima sleeps on Bakugou’s left side in the nest, while Todoroki sleeps on the right. Bakugou is adamant about this, mainly because he likes being close to the heat from Todoroki’s fire side. Because Bakugou calls all the shots when it comes to his nest, the alphas never fight him about it.

Todoroki’s denning instincts are stronger than Kirishima’s, so most of their den smells like him. Kirishima is fine with it as long as the area Bakugou’s nest is in is still scented more or less evenly by him.

Bakugou is usually the small spoon, Todoroki the middle, and Kiri the big. Bakugou and Todoroki switch pretty commonly though.

Kirishima is the most protective over his mates, and is almost just as protective over Todoroki as he is over Bakugou. Bakugou is the second most protective, while Todoroki only ever really gets protective over his mates if they’re in certain imminent danger.

If they decide to have a pup, none of them would take time off work to raise them. Instead, they’d schedule their shifts around each other, making sure one or two of them was always at home to look after them.

Endeavour and Mitsuki were not happy about the mating arrangement. Kirishima’s moms, Rei, and Masaru were more than supportive, however. As a result, they’re the four that are invited to family dinners, and will be the only four to ever meet their grandpup.

Bakugou: As surprising at it is, Ei’s the one out of the three of us who gets the maddest. Not at us, we rarely fight. But ‘s not the first time he’s got in a fight because he’s heard some extra talkin’ shit. 

Todoroki: Despite Katsuki’s temper, he’s quite level-headed. Eijirou is very emotional, not that it’s a bad thing, but it does get the best of him sometimes. However, we understand he’s just looking out for us, at the end of the day.
