Bailey could tell Elias’ uneasiness from the ride back after the party with Sefa and Major. A part of her was a little worried, and she would’ve talked about it with him in the car, but she mostly concentrated on driving everyone home in Zoe’s car. So she waited till a better time to check up on him.
