I was probably 8-10 people back on the right hand side. I didn’t get to see your flag, though, because my friend and I left right after Is There Somewhere. Sorry :(

I'm almost 99% sure security is telling Halsey bullshit. Arizona security are fucking assholes and they rarely let the artist meet fans, even if the artist wants to. they act like they own every damn artist

I wouldn’t be surprised. The security guy I was next to at merch wasn’t being mean (although he did look kinda annoyed) until people started getting a bit out of hand. After that, literally every security person was being extremely rude. (my friend heard one of them go “fuck” and when a girl repeated what he said back to him, he threatened to throw her out wtf) It’s really disappointing because they could’ve handled things sooo much better than they did. I like Livewire as a venue but the staff and crowd were a serious drawback for me :\

A Word On Tonight's Crowd

More specifically: the pit. It is under NO circumstance okay to push people around as much as some of you were tonight. Not only did security get angry at us, but Halsey wasn’t exactly impressed either. I ended up nearly losing my friend in the crowd because she was being pushed and pulled all over the place. She got home and had bruises from being shoved so much. Another girl had to be guided out by security; I’m not sure if she was hurt, but she was definitely crying. I’ve never seen a pit be as unruly as the one tonight. When security tells you to take a step back, you take a step back. Them having to physically move us for so long is probably the reason I couldn’t stay for the end of her set (my friend had to be home by a certain time, so we had to leave early). For those of you who weren’t there, security also threatened to stop the show if we didn’t listen to them and, honestly, I’m a bit surprised they didn’t end it. It shouldn’t get to the point where Halsey is on stage and has to say to us “don’t fucking push each other”.

For other dates on this tour: do NOT do what San Diego and Scottsdale have done. That is not okay and will only make you have a bad concert experience. Halsey is just trying to show us a good time and potentially hurting each other is only going to make her question whether it’s even safe for her or her fans to continue touring.
