Bloodied and Bruised || Closed

Rhee'd told Dean not to wait up for her, that she'd just be getting some groceries for the next morning, no big deal. But then she just had to get in a fight. Now she was sporting a black eye and swollen, bloody lips among other wounds. Nothing that needed stitches or any hospital attention, but lots of ice and some bandages. Even her shirt was torn, revealing bruised abs.

Rhee entered the motel room quietly in case Dean was sleeping. The light was off, so maybe she'd be able to sneak to the bathroom without Dean noticing so she could clean up herself. She put the food in the fridge and was nearly in the clear when she accidentally knocked over a metal tin. She flinched at the loud noise, which then made her yelp in pain as her muscles protested to the sudden movement. Dean definitely wouldn't have slept through that.

"Sorry," she whispered, picking it up quickly and setting it on the counter. "Go back to sleep. I'm fine."

Purgatory || badcompxny

         It didn't matter where they ran -- it was endless. This... this land, this godforsaken, cold woods filled with undead unnatural beings. There was death on every step, be it by their hunters or the very forest's tricks. Her blood never stopped pumping, her legs ached so much her nausea wanted her to retch her hungry guts out, and her ears strained themselves to pick up any sort of threat to the point where even her own heartbeat made her jump away.

        How long had they been running for?

        Arm had a nasty cut they'd barely covered with a ragged part of her shirt, ankle was throbbing still after the fall that got her in that place, and yet all he had were a few scraps on his face and knuckles. She needed antibiotics, he barely needed a shower.

        Dean Winchester. Didn't know why nor for how long he'd been trapped there. Rose was so glad to have him on her side -- for the time being. Hell, if he turned against her, she was as good as actually, properly dead. And the times she saw the burning thrill of the blade in his eyes, she wondered where she'd end up after being slaughtered by it, if not in this place for lost souls.

        Her back hit a nearby tree as they turned to check no one had caught up to them and Rose wanted to drop. She didn't, though -- she only clung to the tree and tried to catch her breath, eyes everywhere.

Not knowing what else to do, she gave a breathy, startled laugh. "Don't. Seriously, don't do that again." She took a deep breath and looked at him like he was insane. "...Oh my fucking god, I seriously cannot believe you did that. Isn't that gross?"
