In a video, how often do you see the person, either in their entirety or over 50%, and how often is it close-ups of specific parts or uses framing to bring attention to specific parts?
If, like this video, most of the time you are seeing the full person, and the framing isn't directing attention to specific body parts, then they are most likely not being objectified.
Objectification is reducing a person to specific objects. You know, butts, boobs, lips, calves, pretty much anything, but only those things. A person is not a full person, just collections of objects.
I'm not going to link to any videos that are clearly objectifying the people in them, just go to youtube and search "sexy commercial" and you will see far, far, too many.
So yeah, objectification is a problem, but this video isn't a part of that problem.

Every petite woman online with boobs but also a shredded back + consistent fit body has implants (or are Megan thee Stallion in which case that's an unobtainable body) are my goals literally impossible
I stopped working out so I could gain some fat weight (no bulk) and I'm very happy with how it's making me look but I made the mistake of going onto a lifting/work out sub and I wanna ruin all of my progress and get super cut 😭😭 the issue with getting fit is I want every body type actually
