Volunteer Michelle Morgan filled a backpack with school supplies at the Simcoe Hall Settlement House in Oshawa. The organization is looking to pack about 670 backpacks with school supplies for local children in need. They’ve put out the call for community donations towards the backpacks. At this time 453 backpacks has been filled with supplies.
