Sides make a whole lot of difference and these two @estradastexas a cucumber salad and loaded baked potato salad were not your everyday run-of-the-mill fare. An added bonus (yes repetitive but I digress) was the carne guisada perfectly flavored with glistening gravy. Brotherhood y familia. Something that is important to me so when I go out and meet a kindred spirit like Randy @estradastexas it warms my heart and helps me remember that there are still some great people in this world. Randy and Tessa are as real as can be and they are AMAZING cooks. Here are a few pics as a preview for what's to come on Instagram and YouTube. If you haven't been to Estrada's in Creedmoor yet, it is a very short drive from Austin and about an hour from San Antonio. Get over there and try it all!
