Of course, the day I do my overnight basal rate test is the day my blood sugars behave themselves! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I was hoping to get some answers from doing this as recently I've been waking up 11-15 mmol and really exhausted so I was hoping to see a spike at some point in the night which would explain it. Nope. Pretty perfect levels and steady too.
