7th Jan,, ayaka decided to make shinsuke their fave lemon cake (the pics were taken the day before and it is now midnight)

nakamura, karma and even asano ganged up to get a taste of it (but ofc karma and asano just ended up butting heads)

HEY BESTIE. I hope you don't mind me crashing in here but I would like to please ask about some of your maul fic 🤩😍 In general - what do you like most about writing for him? Are there any themes or ideas concerning him you'd like to explore more going forward?

And now more specifically, can I ask about What More Could He Want on AO3. I cannot stop thinking about it. I can't. It's just so good, holy shit. The pacing, the tension, the characterisation, the dialogue. Like hot damn. Where did the idea come from? Are you gonna continue it? I am so into how you portray Maul. It's grand. How did you find the experience of writing it, getting into his head in the way that you did? I was just so impressed and wanted to express my love for you and your writing. No pressure to answer this if you don't want to.

I had planned on uploading the first chapter of What More Could He Want today, since the second chapter is almost ready for release! So let's talk about it a bit <3

I love writing Maul. Hands down one of my favorite lads to write, I still find it easier to write him from the Reader's perspective, which is why WMCHW is taking me longer to write than the other Maul bits and bobs I've done. As far as themes for him goes, that's why I started writing that fic! I wanted to get into that fucked up, wormy brain of his and feel around a bit. Needless to say, after a thorough poke-around in there, I needed to wipe my boots before coming back inside. It is a mess in there. That fic is going to follow him making a lot of poor choices when it comes to affection because THE MAN JUST DON'T KNOW HOW. I have ideas for an entire arc with him, several chapters, but getting into his head can be taxing for me sometimes so it takes a bit longer to write.

As far as inspiration, I was actually inspired by a fic by @jpoakbrook, called His Time On Oba Diah. It was the first Maul POV I'd read and I really loved the characterization that they had for him.

okay so I am absolutely terrified of liam I feel like no matter how famous I get I will never be cool enough to be in a room with him lmao like I don’t even have anything to talk about with him cause I don’t listen to him or oasis 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Sam on the other hand we already have quite a bit in common lmao my mate actually hung out with him again at boardmasters over the weekend, lucky fucker 😭

So I’m thinking me, Bondy, Sam would be the chaotic trio. Sam and Van deffo seen the nicest to talk to like if I was sat in a room with just those two I would feel like the safest person in the world. I really hope I’m funny enough to get along with both Sam and Bondy like ofc I’m merely from the south so I have a slight disadvantage personality wise but 💀💀

Yeah I’d stay with th Catfish boys + Sam (is Sam’s whole band there too? 👀) and actively try to avoid Liam 💀😭

I’d love to just like play some pranks and stuff though. Maybe meet some of the other acts playing the festival. OH chase down Inhaler lmaooo. Idk go on some rides too I guess 😁
