The Codex Astartes would label the deployment of Squad Beremund as typical of the "Assault Intercessor" squad in other chapters. However, the Black Templars of the Adanac Reach Crusade regard the Initiate charging into battle wielding chainsword and bolt pistol as a standard line unit of the chapter. 'Assault' configurations to chapter heraldry within the crusade are reserved for the use of marines with variant deployment and wargear, such as bike and jump pack squads.
