the incredible thing about naddpod is not that it has an anthropomorphic frog named "swag daniels." it's that swag daniels has an incredibly significant and emotional arc with one of the PCs, and his name being swag daniels is key to the inception of that arc

Incredible episode. All the shenanigans up top. Then the sister reunion. SWAG. Then a classic Murph move completely changing the episode’s direction. This is such a good episode. Has a bit of everything—lots of humour and some catharsis, Murph being an evil genius, players making incredible combat moves, odds aren’t in their favour and dramatic moments.

When Naddpod is firing on all cylinders there’s nothing better.

Murph: (also amused) --to join the Young Stag-- [Caldwell laughs] Balnor (Murph): Oh, Bobby! There you are! [Emily and Caldwell cackle in glee] Jake: (yelling) What? What! What! Spectacular. Classic naddpod split the party and give the PCs their own fucked up little scenes. Murph’s gotta do it a couple times every campaign.
