Chrono Aviation Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiary Chrono Jet Inc., is a charter airline headquartered at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport. It operates aircraft in passenger, cargo and combi roles. It has bases at MET – Montreal Metropolitan Airport, Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport and Rimouski Aerodrome. Chrono Aviation is focused on the non-scheduled charter business in Quebec, Nunavut, the rest of Canada, the United States and the Caribbean. In 2018, the company unveiled its first Boeing 737-200 airliner with a second following shortly thereafter. These aircraft can carry passengers or various combinations of passengers and cargo, and are able to operate to and from unpaved runway gravel strips.

"[t]rump’s overhauled July Fourth celebration cost the D.C. government $1.7 million, an amount that — combined with police expenses for demonstrations through the weekend — has bankrupted a special fund used to protect the nation’s capital from terrorist threats and provide security at events such as rallies and state funerals.

"In a letter to [trump] Tuesday, D.C. Mayor Muriel E. Bowser (D) warned that the fund has now been depleted and is estimated to be running a $6 million deficit when the current fiscal year ends on Sept. 30. The mayor also noted that the account was never reimbursed for $7.3 million in expenses from [t]rump’s 2017 inauguration.
