OK so taking inspiration from @novafire-is-thinking ‘s current robot husband poll and with a final boost from @kittaykattz & @mech-mantis in a post a few days ago

I will be hosting a b-list robo partner poll

(I’m bad at names. Tell me if y’all have any better suggestions)

After this there will be a 2nd poll for c-list characters, so if your super obscure little guy isn’t on here it’s just bc these ones aren’t all that obscure! That poll will be more similar to the one requested in the post that led to this but I want to take more time to gather the characters for it and this poll will be good to figure out how this’ll work

The bots included will be general less popular characters, though a good amount of them aren’t gonna be unknown

Ok so if I time this right the B-list Bot Partner Poll should start the day after the main Robot Husband Poll ends

Which is really convenient for me personally bc if (when) soundwave wins imma need the free space on this blog to go crazy, wouldn’t want to interrupt my own poll for that

Any chance of Getaway making the B-list, or is he headlining the C-listers?

And would Beast Wars Megatron fit on the B-list since he's suffering from same-name syndrome, or he's still recognizable enough to still be on the A-list?

Good luck it looks like this will be an interesting and fun poll.

(remember 32 bots on the list gets you 16 matchups to track and won't have any odd bots out, otherwise you gotta jump up to 64 bots for 32 polls which feels like a lot)

I’ll add getaway to one of em! Sadly not beast wars megatron though, because as much as I’m gonna push for people to actually look into the characters before voting I don’t want one of them winning just because they share a name with an a-lister

No one will ever figure out my Secret Method to determining if a bot is B or C tier it’s ao3, if I can’t tell off the wiki I check how many works they’re tagged in on ao3

Could you add Barricade, Ricochet, Tap-Out, Fervor and Kindle to the poll you are doing? I understand that they aren’t very big characters, but I enjoy them a lot so thought I should ask!

My guy!! The whole point of the poll is that they aren’t big characters!! They’ve been added to the notes app and will be evaluated to see if they’re B or C list
