Sooo a lil tl;dr. Lunar was piloting the body and heard the sound of someone entering so pretended to be Moon, but freaked out when he realized Blood Moon knew who he was. So he panicked and threw Moon back into control and tried to use the cube to access Suns mind so he could tell Eclipse what was happening. Buuut Blood Moon know how to enter robots containing kill code, and just followed him inside. Leaving Lunar stuck with his homicidal prototype~

Moon is a little irritated with his demon friend because he keeps using basic logic to disprove whenever he plays down things that happened in the past/are happening. He blames himself a lot of things that have happened to him, including some of the inappropriate behavior he had to deal with. Luckily it didn’t go super far, but did leave him with some massive complexes such as his resistance to any form of hygiene that requires him removing his clothes as the inappropriate behavior mostly happened when he was bathing or showering. Again he plays it off but sun is very good at making what’s going on sound as bad as it actually is. Like him trying to explain away the physical abuse as a kind of discipline, and sun just asked what the fuck he would learn from getting a glass bottle hurled at his head. And moon didn’t know what to say, so he replied half jokingly “dodging”. Sun was not amused.

Okay, heads up, all this talk of shipping makes me feel the need to remind for the new followers/whatever ( @azulathetrashyler I’m using you as an example because you said you shipped the beans cause of one of my posts :3) that normally the whole Monty x Moon ship is generally positive and non toxic. NORMALLY. But certain aus are problematic and should not be viewed in a healthy manner. 

The twin dads au is one such instance. Monty is infected while Moon and Sun are not, and since Moon is helping the kid he knows that he can’t be friendly with him. They aren’t on the same side. But still he admires him, in a very unhealthy and morbid way. He’s impressed by how stubborn and strong willed he is, and in general is crushing hard on him. He likes him but he’s angry that he won’t return his feelings, and has the mindset of “if I can’t have you, then I’ll have fun breaking you”. 

Another one is the role reversal au. It’s similar to the twin dads au, except he’s the only one not infected and Sun is trashing his self esteem constantly. He’s genuinely scared of Monty because he won’t listen to him and he doesn’t have the energy or courage to tell him to back off. In a way he feels selfish because he’s lucky to have anyone love him, so despite being scared of him he doesn’t reject him like in the twin dads au. He’s too scared to so he agreed to just so he won’t be pissed off, but he still tries to escape all the time. This is what usually happens/has happened in the ask blog too :D

Those are the only two aus I can think of, but yes. Those ones have the ship, but not in a healthy regard due to the virus. After the virus is fixed there is still a chance for things to eventually go back to normal but it’s starting from a further point. They need to rebuild a bit of the base essentially.
