Suman: Ae Shiva dekh Dishy ayi hai. Shiva: Ye Ma bhi na, meri Lanka jalake hi rahegi. For Shiva- his peace, his happiness, his love for Raavi is his Sone ki Lanka (gold Lanka) and Suman and Disha (collectively) is the aag that threatens to burn it down. Shiva may be civil, friendly or courteous towards Disha as basic human decency or even just to be respectful to a woman but he will never, ever reciprocate her feelings for him. Why? Because he is in love with Raavi and he only has eyes for Raavi and Raavi only. There is a possibility Disha could become a valuable friend to him who would make him realise his mistakes and push him towards mending things with Raavi but even if that doesn't happen, Shiva has maintained both his AND Raavi's dignity by being civil with her. Because they are one. His actions reflect on her too. While Raavi may or may not realise the depth of her feelings, Shiva does. He knows exactly what he wants and once he figures out that Raavi wants the same thing as him, no one will be able to stop him from reuniting with his Raavi. I am happy that at least he is aware of Raavi's discomfort with Disha and the whole scenario. I can see him teasing her to try to figure out what exactly she feels. This is him taking a step forward in their relationship. To try and figure out what she feels, what she wants. I wonder how will Raavi react if she knew Shiva wants nothing but to be with her- wholly, completely, forever. P.S.: after watching Suman's scene with Dhara, I so so wished that she would be that kind of loving MIL towards Raavi as well but alas!
