Day 72: #100daysofjoy Round and round and round we go... Where we end no-body noooos. But of course we know, we all know because we don't want it to end ever. Instead we play hide and seek with ourself... Tag your it this time round. We are all it. Today my joy is to bring more fruit forward, to contribute as much as I can to the story, to be the mantra as my singing coach and amazing performer @aya_music_ @aya_and_tyler The Goddess I call her bring forth The Mantra. When we chant we move out of our head, we trick it giving it a mantra to repeat and repeat and repeat for us all to drop in to our hearts. The Joy of bring forth the Cosmic Joy of these mantras is fullness in the fullness leaving fullness. How much more time do you have to waste because the Universe has all the infinite time in all worlds .... Until you run out of all your games to distract yourself from doing what you came here to do then our welcome to being in the stands watching the players on the court .... Get on your own court ... Get on your stage ... Day 65: #100daysofjoy Had my first every singing lesson today with the incredibly talented, patient, kind @aya_and_tyler of @aya_music_ .... I love Aya's chill house funk vibe but she has recently been offering Sacred Music and chanting in New York. We are collaborating together to bring you some amazing meditations, projects and workshops in New York soon. But, in the meantime I am in-Joying the process of understanding the mechanics of my mouth, throat and diaphragm as Aya explains it beautifully when she had to work as getting her voice back through these sacred exercises and pranayama. Aya will be offering Skype sessions for those wanting to find their voice, exercise the creativity held in the throat chakra as well as being an instrument for the Divine. I don't endorse people willy nilly but if you desire to experiment with sound she is it. I love to chant and the message was clear last week... Singing lessons and low and behold the offering began today.
