dila is dedicated and committed to her work, often putting in long hours, even working late into the night. this trait is likely a result of the responsibilities she had to shoulder at a young age due to her parents' divorce. she's very empathetic and supports those going through difficult times, especially in her role as a divorce attorney.

however, she also has negative traits such as being stubborn, being impatient and being very outspoken. sometimes she speaks before thinking which can sometimes lead to conflicts or arguments.

AGE 4 - 8: her parents announced to her (at the age of 4) that she was gonna have a sibling, and of course, she had no idea what that meant. only 5 months later when her mother started showing, her belly got bigger and bigger.

when her mother gave birth and her sibling was born, at first she was really jealous because she had a hard time sharing her parents with someone new. but after two weeks she got very protective over her sibling. and not so long later; she was gonna have another sibling. this time she reacted opposite than the first time her parents announced she was gonna have another sibling. to dila, this meant she was growing up! and that’s all she wanted because this meant the more grown up she was; the more she could make choices by herself. she was way too mature for her age. she would literally put her siblings in their baby chairs and give them a random speech about why pencils were way more better than crayons. her siblings, who had no idea what their sister was talking about, sat there while making a mess of their food.

the older she got, the more she was facing reality. her parents, started to argue more and more. the older she got, the more she was taking responsibility over her siblings. when her parents would argue, she’d take her siblings upstairs and give them another speech; only this time, it was to distract them from all the yelling and the shattering sounds of plates that was coming from downstairs.

AGE 8 - 23: she turned eight and her father didn’t show up to her birthday party. she had waited and refused to blow the candles on her birthday cake until he’d show up. but he didn’t. later that night, when her mother had tucked her three kids in bed, she heard her father’s voice from downstairs. she made her way out her room and sat on the stairs as she listened to their conversation. she heard it all. her father had cheated on her mother and he has another child with another woman. happy birthday, dila. with a heavy heart and tears in her eyes she went to bed that night. crying herself to sleep as the words of her father to her mom kept repeating in her head, it were words that were anything but sweet and nice. she felt so bad for her mom and the fact their family was going to fall apart.

the next day, the next few weeks after she had witnessed the conversation of her mom and dad, she had been taking care of her siblings. their mother had distanced herself from them a little. she would lock herself in her room and not come out until dinner time or whenever she had to. their mother tried her hardest best not to show her sad emotions to her children, but dila knew all too well how her mother was feeling.

from making breakfasts in bed for her mother to packing lunch for her siblings. from taking her siblings to school to going to their parental meetings; she has done it all for them.

as dila turned fifteen they moved to san francisco as her mother had gotten an amazing opportunity to work with another law firm, after all .. her mother was one of the most well known lawyer in the country. however, this didn't mean she gave up on her own law firm. in fact, she’s now working together with the other law firm that needed her mother's help.

it took them a while to get adjusted to a new place, but they made it work somehow. high school wasn’t too bad for dila than she had assumed so. she had amazing grades and she had made many friends at school. also, boys that were trying to get her attention from left and right. of course, she loved the attention, but it never changed the way she was. she had a few boyfriends but as soon as the subject of ‘future’ popped up, she usually always had an excuse to excuse herself. or she’d just immediately change the subject. or was just straight up honest with them and mention that she didn’t saw a future with them just yet or maybe never would. it was painful, but the cold hard truth, right?

however, at the age of twenty she met a guy and they started going out more. they seemed to have the same interests which caused dila to be more comfortable around them. they went out at nights, cracked up at each others jokes even if they were really bad. the subject about ‘their future’ never really came up at any of their conversations until she turned twenty two and he asked her to move in with him. at first; she hated the thoughts of it. but, she liked the idea of being a little more independent without her mother always telling her what to do. so, she agreed to move in. and a year later, she graduated.

AGE 24 - 31: at the age of twenty four she started to work at her mothers law firm. not as a lawyer yet, because she wasn’t experienced just yet. so she was basically doing all the file works for her mother until she was experienced enough and started working as a divorce attorney.

fast forward, everything seemed to go so well. until a month or two ago and her and her boyfriend decided to separate their ways. things weren't really working out like it did before, they were arguing a lot. (+ the fact dila is way too scared for 'official' commitment to each other, aka - getting married). dila was way too overwhelmed with feelings. especially because she had too many cases that involved divorcing (obviously) and it really made her think a lot. and him proposing to her really didn’t make it that easy for her either. but, something that is definitely gonna make this separation difficult is the fact she's currently two months pregnant.

Hello! I've been thinking a lot in the past few days and decided to pause the "Ayça Ayşin Turan in Kader Bağları" project for now. There are several reasons for this:

The colors are horrible and I don't have the mood or energy to deal with it at the moment.

I still have a health problem, because of which my mood is often not the best. So, because of this, I don't have much desire for a series where 90% of the main character just cries. (Yes, I cut half of the second episode and at least 90% was sad or crying, so I deleted it. )

Now it is better to work on shorter projects. I will return to this series one day, but right now it doesn't work and I don't want to make the gifs out of necessity.

Apologies to those who are waiting for the gif from this series and thank you for your understanding.
