Day 3 of my 4-day weekend. Up before sunrise, w/good coffee, a new book ("Refuge Recovery") and all the world still asleep except for me and the furbabies (who are demanding we have some playtime). Been enjoying a couple of well-deserved lazy days. Today is a dialysis day for my hubby and so I will tend to laundry. Tomorrow will be another lazy home day. For now, I will get back to my book, my kitties and my coffee. All summer I have been drying the herbs that I grow in my garden and of all of them I seem to feel exceptionally excited when the Lavender buds.
