What rivals my love for Voltron? My Hero Academia! (Both are good 😆) I’m so happy I was able to step away from my table long enough to snap this photo and chat with Justin. He is such a nice guy! I was one of the first people to see him Saturday and he was upbeat, excited, and very genuine. Soooo much like Deku. For those of you who are newer here, MHA has helped me keep going during some hard, stressful and anxiety ridden times. Deku’s struggle to become a hero has pushed me on so many times as it is both relatable and encouraging. Meeting @suglyn and Terry Hawks back in 2012 at @animerevcanada was probably the highlight of my conventioning experience. Next to meeting @frappierjill, Ron Rubin and Tracey Moore on Usagi’s & My (28th) Birthdays 2 years ago. Needless to say it was an emotional day for both those days meeting childhood heroes.
