You rush to the yellowblood's hive as quickly as possible. You partly do this because you want to hug the life out of him and also partly cause you are gonna nag him for being away so long! That is, if he did have a reason... You come in the door without knocking and go to find him immediately.

It had been so long, far longer then it should have been for Dirk to be sleeping. At first he thought he might be dead, it would be the only explanation for why he was stuck here for so long, but a quick look at his eyes confirmed that that wasn't the case. Three weeks he had counted being asleep, and the only thing that made sense was he might have been in a coma, but from what? He didn't recall a fight or anything straining that called for it.

He played in his head what last had happened, he simply went to sleep. It truly didn't make sense, especially from what he heard, dream bubbles could be affected by the dreamers in it. No way in hell did he remember something like....THIS. Then he started to think some more. Whose dream bubble was this and why was he trapped in it. He had a strangest feeling he had to find out and put an end to either them or this nightmare.

For that's what it was, a nightmare. From the groans and screeches of bodies moving around uncoordinated to the stench of rotting, corroded flesh attached to them. Surely this could only be a nightmare, why else would the undead be walking with the desire to tear him to pieces. It had taken him a week to come to a conclusion about this place and that was.

He was asleep in a dream bubble not his own with flesh eating monsters and the worst of it. He couldn't wake up.

Heaving a sigh, Dirk pulled his mask back on, the smell was getting to him again and got ready for another attempt to figuring out who the dreamer of this place was. At first he feared the person could be a zombie as well, but watching them he threw out that assumption. They were too stupid and never ending for that to be the cause. So only one thing remained, they were somewhere in the bubble, probably waiting to be rescued or killed.

The human un-shielded his sword and without any hesitation jumped back into the streets crowded with the undead.

Openly, Latte adores him, of course. He’s who she’s closest to aside from Jubi, which I always say, but it means a lot to her to have anyone close to her at all. She’s missed him a lot, and feels bad that things went wayward so quickly after they got together, but hopes that now maybe they can actually spend some time together and get more comfortable in their relationship. Really though, she already feels far more safe in it than she imagined she would.

Secretly, she’s mostly just far, far more concerned. She knows he’s been through a lot, and she wishes she could protect or help him so he didn’t have to deal with anything more like this dream situation. She’s afraid he might get trapped again, and she might be useless to help, just like with what happened with Jubi. And on that note, she’s almost happy he was down for the count concerning that. Even knowing that he’s powerful, she would not have wanted him going head to head with that virus.

She’s also a little afraid that she cares too much about him already, both for the length of time they’ve been together, and just in the sense of not wanting to be more attached than he is. She’s had that before, obviously, and it makes her nervous. She also just doesn’t want to smother. Basically she’s worrying about everything ever.

But she’s really, really happy.))
