Rush Hour [Where We Belong] - AvA / AvM Fan-Made

A very ambitious and late New Year's Special.

Thank you to everyone who waited.

When a proud King kneels, he must have a story to tell.

I know it's hard to believe, especially coming from the Kinky Blog, but the reason I actually started doing all of this fan art stuff was just to be able to tell this specific story. The idea has been around in my head for weeks, way before Being Cautious.

The plot underwent so many iterations but the base concept is still the same: King must find his inner child to find where he belongs. Yup, the [series tag] is actually named after this one. Why a child? Because children see the world as so much brighter, they run and run just to laugh at the stupidest things, and they would never ever try to k*ll themselves.

I am actually glad that I waited for a little bit before I made this. Like, I found my style now and can do some highlights and perspectives. It was hard to plan out but I really love how it all turned out. I hope you guys do too.

Author's Note

This took about a month to make. Around 7 days of planning the composition, plus 23 days to actually draw. Finishing with a total of 12 Frames / 7 Pages.

All four backgrounds are AI-Generated and then color-graded to match the scenes from The King.

The crowd consists of 10 different poses.

As some of you know, I did this because we somehow got 51 Followers a day after Christmas, and guess what- we're at 72 now. Yey!

Someone asked me why Gold looked like Glitchy King Orange. If you watch The King, you'll see that "The King" was one of Gold's games. He was a character that Gold used to roleplay. At least that's how I interpreted that scene.

So there's this one theory that I never stopped thinking about, I think it started as kind of a joke but I found more evidence for it. Keep in mind I don't take this theory too seriously i spent the last couple of days researching this

So it all came from this (if anyone knows who originally made this theory PLEASE let me know):

I looked into it and the game that reddish-orange stick figure is from is called Combo Factory. Here's a screenshot (keep in mind the hammer):

His name is actually Andre, most known in the RHG stick tournament. I haven't watched it really so any fans back me up here please.

Anyways, the conversation in my server started to devolve.

And I looked into it. In fact, some sticks do slightly change color with age

Then, since this theory seemed "plausible", I went back looking into Combo Factory. In the game there's powerups you can buy, including a grappling hook used to grab enemies (sound familiar?) and ALSO...

...use of a black hole to "suck in any and all enemies into it's center".

There's also a sword, which could correlate to Mango and Gold using the corn dogs as fake swords in the beginning of AvM ep 30.

Andre, in this game, also has powers. These can be seen as similar to Mango using his staff's powers to "punch" his enemies (when using the right block).

And remember the hammer from earlier? It's actually electric. You know what else is similar to an electric hammer?

That's right.

Mango doesn't only use electricity in the instance of a gold-block-powered staff. He also knows how to wield it in order to create the staff and protect himself.

Lastly, the piece of evidence to make most of us (me and my friends) freak out. Mango's signature.

We collectively agreed the first letter in that signature looks like an "A".

Granted, the last letter threw us off. I argue it could be a "K", short for "King", and therefore why he is called "King" canonically. King being his last name. Others said it looked like a "Jr", which could still work. His experience fighting and using an electric hammer could come from his "dad".

Uhhh anyways I don't have a good conclusion that's the theory

I know it's a bit late to make this post, but I recently cut my hair really short for New Year's to see how much it would grow in by next year. I made some Picrews, as usual, to summarize the changes without posting pictures of myself on Tumblr.

This is my old hairstyle, along with a scarf that reminds me of one a friend gave me in middle school:

My hair reached down to my lower back close to the hips when I let it hang and its front parts were more than half the length of my arm. I got it mostly shaved off on New Year's Eve, so it looks like this:

Whew...well, that's a lot fewer tangles I get to deal with this year! Personally, I have yet to find anything I regret about this decision. My Turn [The Other Side] Special - AvA / AvM Fan-Made

This series is abandoned. So some stuff in here is not canon to the AU.

Content Warning: Extremely mature topics and mild spoilers for AvA 6 - Episode 2 (The Box).

For context

Only A and Agent can understand H. So Agent is just mostly repeating what H is saying to victim. Except near the end of the comic where they're just both communicating to themselves.

Agent is secretly victim's son, but this does not exempt him from his father's sadistic impulses. He also never likes it whenever his father calls H, "Little Puppy"; making it one of the few times he would actually defy his father.

Just so you guys know, I was already planning on having this type of plot and theme for [The Other Side] way before AvA 6 - Episode 2 got released. Imagine my hype, when victim turns out to be the Sadist like I imagined, and how he and Agent also utilize some sort of power limiters.

vic's office is the only room with no cameras.

Part 2 will feature Chosen and Dark, 10 minutes after Agent and H have left the Box.

Changed the way I drew the sticks. The proportions are nearly accurate now (unlike before when I drew them with thicker lines and longer lower legs).

Took me 11 frames before I noticed the problem with using the same color for vic and the chair.

Was too lazy to draw the cake, plate, and fork so I got them from Canva and just manipulated their perspectives. Also, since the quill pen and blushes are hard to draw, they're from Canva as well.

Spent way too much effort on drawing vic's office background. Although, can't help but notice how drab the office was. No wonder he's getting all crazy in the head.

Took a total of 20 Frames. Can you tell which frame was my favorite? Hint: It's on Page 5.

In retrospect, I probably subconsciously just want to f**k Agent so hard that I made a whole series in my head. Something's wrong with me, man.
