my friend had a vision and I had to draw it also I'm aware boothill's eyes have little targets. But I wanted bh to have something that marks him as from Aeragan-Epharshel and I wanted it to be his eyes because parallels. So I have the head canon that his eyes always were black and red, and the targets were added when he became a cyborg
