Confessions of a Serial Killer (1985) Dir. Mark Blair
Starring the brilliant Robert A. Burns aka "Yes, I'm the man who made TCM look like a fucking masterpiece" in a rare role in front of the camera. Based on Henry Lee Lucas so comparisons to Henry: POASK emerge but it's its own scuzzy, sleazy, pop off little kids as you drive down the road, watch your mom get spit-roasted, slit-your-throat-as-I-rape-your-ass unholy beast. Bare bones but a real deal experience if you like your filth piled thick. I worked at a Mom & Pop video rental about 2000 years ago and its unfortunate VHS cover art blatantly ripping off Silence of the Lambs angered me to the point of watching the damn thing and I haven't stfu about it since. 1000% required viewing. Keep your eyes peeled for Roger Water's The Pro's and Cons of Hitchhiking hanging on the wall.
