Ava and Camila would always quote Lilith’s dad’s educational videos while boating about, taking turns with the Cousteau impressions, etc. (Making Suzanne tell stories from the good old days turning down all the OG scientists sexual advances lol) Imagine their excitement when they heard an actual Villaumbrosia would be joining the station, only for Lilith and Bea to show up together being the ginormous dorks that they are, and Ava and Cam are just, “must wife immediately.”

🥺 yeah Ava & Cam who grew up seeing lil’s dad on tv, reruns of his famous documentaries & lilith saying offhandedly to cam one day, ‘yes, i mostly know him from watching the old videotapes of those documentaries, before mother threw them all away.’

cam putting her hand on lilith’s shoulder as she checks her spare oxygen tank, looking up a little startled by the contact, at which point cam dares to plant a kiss on her cheek. ‘i’m sorry lil.’

‘well, it was a long time ago.’

lilith, thoroughly embarassing by her own emotions and the kiss, immediately dunking herself in the ice-cold antarctic ocean to look at the kind of creatures who make sense to her.
