Answering some drag asks

Q: What song did you perform at your first Drag gig?

A: None, It was a hosting and DJing gig at a fetish party and I decided to debut Helela there to keep myself entertained.

Q: What’s your favorite kind of Drag gig?

A: I love hosting and I love performing with a full backing band.

Q: Will you ever be on Drag Race?

A: Short, no. Long, I had the opportunity a long time ago and it didn’t work out for non Drag related reasons. The Show, as it stands now, holds no appeal to me. 

Q: Will you ever do youtube?

A: Not as Helela. Me and some friends are toying around with an idea for something. So we’ll see.

Q: Favorite Lady Gaga song?

A: I can’t care less but if I have to name one it would be this cover of Bad Romance

Q: Would you do pageants?

A: That format holds no appeal to me.

Q: Do you want to be bigger?

A: I’m good. I already have more booking requests than time and I actually wouldn't mind losing 4 to 6 Inches ;-)

Q: Whom would you want to work with if you could name 3 Queens right now?

A: Besides the usual suspects I work with all the time? It would be a bunch of old friends that I see way to little of these days: Squeaky Blonde, Fade-Dra Phey and Jer Ber Jones. Go look ‘em up.
