I don’t know if anyone has but I read the original bikeriders book with the interviews in it, turns out the reall benny was a v jealous guy in regards to Kathy so when I see someone writing benny ( Austin ) with hints of jealousy I’m dying for someone to go full speed ahead with it because the real benny was if I remember what I read correctly when he was leaving or it was when he came back (?) he said to her please don’t sleep with anyone from around here your better than them

You and Austin butler were childhood sweethearts and ended up having a baby young before his rise to fame, before the elvis role, you but left him during the pregnancy and refuse to get back with him because of the publicity stunts he has to do aka the girls and hectic life

He doesn’t keep you or the baby a secret you just put out that you have a healthy co parenting relationship. But really behind closed doors it kills Austin not to be with you it makes him even question his career choice at times, the final straw is when you have your first date ever since the baby and have to ask Austin to watch your child, he comes round and is confused as to why your dressed up which you explain, he basically looses his shit he’s angry jealous ( I love jealous Austin ) not a happy bunny, maybe goes through the emotions quickly stuttering doesn’t believe what your telling him then he’s upset demands you have to give it another go because he can’t let this happen you and the baby are his family, gives a big speech maybe even rings your date up himself to cancel 😭
