I have a doctors appointment Wednesday for my headaches and I’m so scared.

I’ve only ever been dismissed by doctors. I couldn’t walk a couple years back and was dismissed completely. I’m so scared that’ll happen again and I feel like I’m going crazy.

I don’t want to just get told to take some ibuprofen or something like they told me last time I want an actual answer or something and AUGH

#I’m going to a new doctor this time so maybe they’ll be better than my last one #but I’m so nervous #I’m really scared of doctors and shit #I think it’s mostly because of when I couldn’t walk #I was just completely dismissed even when I went across the state to a specialist to get checked #I couldn’t WALK and I was told to stretch more and take ibuprofen for the pain #I’m just so scared I won’t be listened to or believed #and I’m also scared I’ll have to get my blood drawn #last time I got my blood drawn was at that specialist I went to and they strapped me down in the chair and god it was so fucking terrifying #I like to think I’m not a sensitive person but like. I couldn’t MOVE or anything and the doctor just kept getting onto me #and augh #I’m so scared #I feel so childish for being scared but I really am I’m dreading going to the doctor Wednesday but I have to at least try and fix my head #or I might really go crazy #aughhghhhhh
