Thinking about how there must be legends about the ghost haunting Skyhold. Strange things happen at that fortress. Servants complain of things going missing, items getting moved on their own, and there's talk of a strange figure occasionally spotted by a select few.

I often think about how the soldiers there probably scare the recruits with wild stories of the pale spirit, still lingering and vengeful after being murdered, or after falling from the battlements, or after drowning in the old well. Some say it used to be a mage, who was possessed and killed everyone who was in the keep prior.

I think about how Cole must hear these things, and know it's him they're talking about. But he cant just not help people. And it's so much easier for everyone if they forget it was him. I think about how he wants friends, but thinks it's not possible for something like him. Not safe. Yet he gets them anyway, in the inquisitor, in their companions, in Solas and Varric. I think about Cole a lot.

started up zelda to dick around for like an hour & was SHOCKED to find myself on this dragon island. its been so long i literally forgot where i was lol

its difficult to get around here! rain means climbing is hard and i cant make upward gusts from campfires easily :( maybe i need my bike...

man it reminds me so much of the great sky islands...i feel like this must be the second largest collection of islands, actually. but it's been so long since the tutorial and the music is Like That it feels like a ruin of a ruin.......

my other issue is. i dont have a single nonmetallic weapon OR bow. so. my twink ass is gonna get fried

like i have the lightning proof armor i do but it is not at all upgraded so id be taking my life into my hands. no win scenario

OKAY i made it out of sight but. this thing im supposed to carry is WAY heavier than a crystal. i carry those all the time and they do make the bike wonky, even more wonky than koroks do, but i can barely get it up off the ground. i even tried the "old" bike build that im more comfortable with and no dice. i fall out of the sky as soon as i get in it. insane.

i havent been to the depths in a long time. i forgot that it's like - you see one thing out in the dark. in this instance, poes. and when you get there you see another thing - in this instance, monsters, and behind them, a lightroot. i could make my own little trail forever this way but it would lead me away from the temple and idk if i wanna explore or do the dungeon :/ i hate to leave poes uncollected and lightroots unlit but i also hate to stray so far from ym objective and have to walk ALLLLLL the way back

Steve and Billy going on a trip and somehow get lost would be so cute I can’t

oKAY part 2 of that one post I did recently except this time the boys actually plan to go out of town!! (i dunno if this is what you were thinking but i was listening to 4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy) by Springsteen and just got carried away thinking about this ♥)(BTW I made a playlist of all of the songs i used in here so here’s a link to that, too)

So i’m thinkin maybe at the end of the summer that S3 takes place, the boys are hanging around with each other or are on the phone with each other or something (bc wow i love the idea of Billy leaning against the wall talking on the phone and curling the cord around his finger while Steve is at home on his bed w/ his feet kicked up in the air AUGH anyway ♥) and make a last second, crazy decision to just drive out to Coney Island for the weekend for no damn reason. Steve is like: “We should go somewhere fun. Do something really, really fun. Get out of this small town.”

And Billy is confused bc usually he’s the one making reckless decisions, and Billy questions Steve but Steve’s like: “i’m absolutely serious! We’ve been in this tiny town all summer, let’s go out there and live!”

“You been listening to a lot of Springsteen over there, pretty boy?”

“Shut up, I’m serious! Let’s go tomorrow. We’ll go for the weekend. We’ll go to the beach and ride the weird rides they have out there or whatever. It’s like a permanent carnival, right? We’ll eat fried food and fuck under the boardwalk or something, c’mon!”

And so hard cut to the next day when Steve pulls up to Billy’s house just blaring Rosalita by Springsteen from his car and Billy has a duffel bag full of stuff he packed real fast last night and he ruffles El’s hair and gives Hop a few hard pats on the back.

And Billy only mentioned their trip extremely briefly last night when Hop was half asleep so he’s watching Billy take a rushed swig of orange juice from the carton and grab an apple as Hop asks: “Wait, you were serious? Do you have money?? When are you gonna be back??? Where are you even going????”

And Billy takes a bite out of his apple and says: “The beach!” with a shrug before he’s out the door while Bruce is wailing from Steve’s car ~winners use the door~

And Steve is leaning up against the side of his car tapping along to the song and wiggling and his eyes light up when he sees Billy who’s practically running up to Steve from how fast he’s walking and they kiss like there’s a magnetic pull between then and Billy shoves his duffel in the backseat and they drive wailing along w/ Bruce to Rosalita and???? AUGH

ANYWAY the boys listen to Springsteen the entire car ride bc they kind of argue about music for a good 20 minutes and Bruce is what they always agree on when they go on car excursions like this. Also Billy is like: “Springsteen was the reason you wanted to do this all of a sudden, right? Tell me I’m wrong.”

and Steve just kinda mumbles: “I don’t know what youre talking about” as he turns the song up and Bruce sings ~Well the night’s busting open, these two lanes will take us anywhere~

And Billy is laughing and has his window rolled all the way down and he’s letting the wind whip his hair around and push his hand from where he’s stuck it outside the window and he sings along softly to ~mister I ain’t a boy, no I’m a man, and I believe in a promised land~

And it’s a fuckin’ 11 hour drive and they take turns driving when the other gets tired and they stop off for food quite a few times bc they’re always hungry and they both look at each other and sing/shout the line ~’cause you’re a walking, talking reason to live~ and Billy shoves Steve’s shoulder and calls him “a fucking sap!” and Steve is offended bc “you did the same exact thing!”

And when Backstreets comes on they give each other a heated, up-to-no-good look and find a random backstreet as the sun is setting to fuck in the back of the car (bc that’s what that song is 100% about) and it’s soft and hot and wonderful and then they try to get back on the main road and??????

Nope. They’re lost.

And see, the problem is, they didn’t know where the fuck they were going to begin with. Steve has never been to Coney Island. He went to New York ONCE when he was a child and doesn’t remember that shit for the life of him, so he never had a clue where they were going. And Billy kind of sensed this so he grabbed a map from one of the rest stops they took and looked at it for a good long while but the problem there is that Billy doesn’t know the first thing about reading maps and is way too damn prideful to say so. So he just stared at it and pretended like he knew they were going the right way. So really, they’re both to blame but that doesn’t really matter right now bc-

“Uh….. Billy?”

“Yup.”

“We’re lost.”

“Yup.”

And they just kinda look at each other and take a deep breath and try not to break out into a fight but-

“You have a fucking map!”

“You suggested this road trip and you didn’t even know how to get there??”

“Yeah okay sure but you have a map.”

“Have you ever tried to read a fucking map, Harrington?? This is like trying to read Greek.”

“Alright alright, if I just… keep going straight we should hit the end of the country, right?”

“If that’s really the plan we’re going with here, I’m going to get out of the car and walk home.”

“Shut up! You don’t have a better plan, do you?”

“I can te-”

“Exactly.” Steve cuts him off. “So just listen to Bruce and we’ll drive and we’ll get somewhere, right?”

Billy sighs and taps his fingers on the side of the car to the beat of the song playing.

And so they keep going straight (or as straight as they can) and they end up at the ocean, yeah, but it’s not the beach they were planning on bc Steve didn’t know they had to take a turn left at some point rather than just keep going straight. But it’s Billy who’s the first to realize where they are. He realizes it as 4th of July, Asbury Park starts playing and he’s looking around at the signs around them and:

“Babe… ohmygod Steve. Babe, do you know where we are?”

“Thaaat’s what I’m trying to figure out.” Steve says, a little distracted by the new roads he’s driving down.

“Steve, this is… this is Asbury Park. We’re in Asbury Park.”

“..... wait, what?”

“That’s… that’s the pier. This is Asbury Park. This is where Bruce was talking about.” Billy says with absolute awe as he turns the volume up and Bruce croons

~This pier lights our carnival life forever, oh love me tonight...~

and they share a look of awe and it clicks that... maybe they were kind of meant to get lost? bc maybe they were meant to end up here. it just feels right and the night is soft and Bruce is crooning and they pull over into a parking lot for the pier. it’s about 9:30pm and just about everything is closed but the string lights of the pier are still on and someone is sitting on a closed up food stand and playing Spirit in the Night by Bruce himself and Billy pulls Steve behind one of the stalls so they’re hidden and Bruce is singing:

~now the night was bright and stars threw light on Billy…~

And Steve is staring at him and Billy is chuckling like: “You wanna take a picture there, babe? It’ll last longer.”

And Steve is just like: “Hey, did you know you’re beautiful?”

“Shut up.”

“Don’t do that, I’m serious.”

“You’re the pretty boy here, princess.” Billy mumbles through his blush.

Steve shakes his head with a smile and pulls Billy in real close up against him and says: “Mmm, debatable.” and starts swaying and dancing to the chorus as it picks up with

~Together we moved like spirits in the night~

And they’re laughing and mumbling the lyrics and Billy is cussing in amusement at Steve, calling him “a huge fucking dork” but Steve is just singing along and swaying to the beat.

And so they find a hotel and they spend the weekend at the beach and they have a fucking blast finding a dark place under the boardwalk to make out and when they get back in their car after the weekend is over to get back home they realize that driving straight might… not…. Really… work…….?

So they do their damned best to get as far as they can, which means they get out of New Jersey and about halfway through Pennsylvania before Steve insists that Billy call Hop bc “He knows like… everything.”

“No no no, we can do it.”

“Billy, I’m pretty sure you’re holding the map upside down.”

“How would you even know that?”

“Because the last time I checked, Pennsylvania didn’t start with an A.”

And so they pull over and Billy calls Hop and tries to play it real cool with a: “Hey, how’s your weekend been?” Like he’s about to discuss the weather but Hop just responds:

“How lost are you?”

“We’re not lost.”

“WE’RE LOST.” Steve yells next to the receiver and Billy smacks him.

But they tell Hop about where they believe they are and Hop tells them the roads they should be getting on and off of and they thank him (Billy a little quieter than Steve bc he’s embarrassed) and they make it home. Eventually. ~♥

Simply because it had Nick in it still, though with... a completely different personality, Trucy (no explanation needed there! ♥), and also my precious boy Apollo.

2. Favourite case?MAN this one is tough... I think.. Turnabout Goodbyes? This doesn’t need an explanation if you know me.

3. Favourite defendant?AUGH this is tough too... They’re all really great in their own way.. Nick, himself, was a fave in Apollo Justice’s first case, cause he was a little shit, and that... case was something special for me for reasons.

Character growth, however bad it comes, is still great. He still came back up from what Kristoph did to him, and I’m proud of the man he became after.

32. Your opinion on Dai Gyakuten Saiban?When localize??

33. Do you think Dai Gyakuten Saiban and/or Miles Edgeworth Investigations 2 will get localised to the West?Mmm.. Part of me says no, but I still want to have hope.

Do you think Miles Edgeworth should get another Investigation-game or do you think another character deserves a spin-off?While I do want another Miles game, it would be SO cool to have a game for maybe Mia when she started out? Like joining Grossberg’s office, and Diego showing her the ropes. (And maybe so I can indulge a little in my Miego ship...)

And I REALLY think Apollo should come back at some point. They did him dirty leaving him in Khura’in for an indefinite amount of time. I want him home with Nick, and Trucy, and Athena.

Instead of investigating scenes like the defense does, you, the prosecutor, interrogate the witnesses. Oooohhh....

43. Do you like having DLC in Ace Attorney-games?Mmmm... It’s nice having more stuff, but I’d rather they just spend the extra time and put it in the game rather than charge you for it later on.
