#ooc#they're both like. very emotionally intelligent#and observant#but they aren't booksmart and heath is aggressive and lulu is airheaded#so people just. ignore it#(i do also think hong lu is intentionally playing up the whole 'oblivious rich boy' thing so people underestimate her)#i think all the time about how like. hong lu was the first one to tell saude that effie was fine#projmoon could've chosen anyone to do that#but they chose the guy whose whole thing is that he's oblivious and unaware and says rude or hurtful things#i think that was one of the earliest signs that hong lu might not be as stupid as we've been led to believe#augh sorry these tags ended up being mostly about hong lu#she's the one i muse ofc i have more to say about her#plus this was inspired by seeing a post about heathcliff being smarter than people think so. y'know.#someone else already said all my thoughts there
