I finished drawing my favourite scene in "Around the World in 80 Days"! Now accepting new requests! :D

I love this pose - when I cropped the face close-ups, in all of them you can see the other people's hands!

I fudged the colours so that all of them are wearing something in the colours of the other 2, do you think it works? If you have any idea how to fix poor Passepartout's broken arm, I'd be very grateful. :D Also, if you know how to make his face better visible without whitewashing him, I'd be grateful for any tips.

Also, the main reason I drew this was so I could hang this scene on my wall, because the screenshots are so uselessly low-res. If you want the hi-res printable version, or like, a different resolution to use as a phone wallpaper or something, obviously I'd be delighted :D

I didn’t even notice the bottom energy in that kneel when I first watched around the world, (Oh man, I saw it in plenty of other scenes though) and now I can’t un see it! Please give that man a caring top in season 2! And please let that top be played my Michael sheen!

Yes! I am totally with you here, Anon. I hadn’t heard if season 2 of ATWI80D was confirmed, but if it is, that would be absolutely fantastic.

I’ve seen so much wonderful fanart and fanfic of Phileas/Will Charity from @ofpineapplesanddawns and @wilywitchofthewickedwahoo, and also other mentions of Phileas/Robbie Ross or Phileas/William Boldwood, so a Michael character opposite of David’s Phileas is most definitely something folks have thought about for some time now.

But the idea of Michael’s hypothetical character in season 2 being a caring top is quite delicious, and something I certainly can envision (I think Phileas/Will Charity fits that paradigm especially well). A character who’s a fellow adventurer, or perhaps Bellamy’s new boyfriend who shows up to challenge Phileas and restore Bellamy’s honor after what happened in the last episode, but ends up falling for Phileas instead, despite himself. (A sort of “frenemies to friends to lovers” type of thing.)

How gorgeous it would be to see that Dom/sub dynamic play out on screen, which would only be augmented by the chemistry between Michael and David. We can just hope that something like this is in store for us in the new season. Fingers crossed...
