Come on then Heroes! As a Friday is upon us - why not take a moment to wind down before the weekend? Have a little listen (quietly and to yourself) to this short video and take some deep breaths. Then, choose a path from the picture and tells us what lies at the end of it ;) We take the left, as we know it leads to the house of Mr & Mrs Bramble's cottage in the Wild Wood - the sun hits a windowsill where a freshly baked crumble is left to cool. We can hear the pair chattering away to one another - no doubt recalling a story. Imogen and I stand for a short while and notice the wildlife that have also joined us to stop and enjoy the moment. As your task for today Heroes - take a few minutes out of your day to meditate. It can be anything you want really! Spend some time noticing how you feel, concentrating on your breathing and letting your mind focus not on everything else, but you. You could do this with a book - while sitting at home or watching this little video. Just take some deep breaths in and out and be calm.
