#ate lunch got fresh air and made several cups of various warm beverages and the horrors are still relentless today.#the sun is both out today and still up#would love to take my brain out and smash it repeatedly against a very sharp rock#isolation and stagnation are the antithesis of life! who knew!#if establishing a routine that allowed me to regularly see and occasionally speak to other real live people didn't cost $10-15 dollars#each way every time I attempted to leave my house I assume I'd have a better grip on my mental health but living in suburbia without a car#or a license is so fun and exciting and not slowly draining me of the will to continue living at all 🙃#I could say many concerning things right now but I'll spare anyone who felt like reading this my morbid diary entry#love that I'm so deeply trumatized I can't even talk to myself about all the shit that eats at me. that's healthy and normal#anyway. life is a torment. I'm going to go stab holes in paper about it.
