ah newcrest. the perfect blank slate to build whatever you want however you want, as long as what you want is an upper middle class suburban family neighborhood in an incredibly specific new-orleans-adjacent style

#like??? what am I supposed to do with this????#I'd love an actual blank slate neighborhood to put all the spicy stuff in where it won't clash with stuff #but I'm not building my cyberpunk sex shop next to the playground in a blatantly suburban area #ideally I want it in san myshuno but there are so few non-apartment lots there #and I obsessively need everything to Make Sense #at least in del sol I could move stuff around to blend panthera in (which is the only praise I have for del sol but still)#I'm rebuilding the stargazer lounge from the ground up as a combination nightclub/dungeon though so that's fun
