#my elbow is no longer broken#but my god does it get uncomfortable sometimes#like i wish I could go in there and adjust whatever is making it feel like there's something poking at me from the inside#it's like when you have a rock in your shoe#except I can't turn it over and shake it out#and it's driving me insane!!!#if you ever wondered what it would be like to break a joint#don't#it's utter garbage#at least i rode my bike yesterday for the first time since i got cardoored#at least there's that#went real slow#was tense the whole time#exhausting but i'm glad i forced myself to do it#because i miss it
