overboard was thoroughly Not Bad my first few attempts I found the writing for some dialogue & characters a bit contrived but the mechanics were done well & I enjoyed the quick turnaround of trying new things for different outcomes so it did manage to eventually get me invested

#basically my review is nothing i thought was incredible but a very solid way to kill 4 hours of bedrest time #ty jackdaw for the suggestion. some of the other things you suggested also looked good but like good where i want to actually play them on #my laptop rather than the switch lite. attempting to find good games that i think work well on the lite has been making it very clear to me #that apparently handheld gaming just isnt my thing LOL so many of the games suited for it arent really the type of thing i like #so many have been like 'oh cool i should play that on my laptop later so i can actually see it better/not give myself eyestrain' or 'this #makes sense for handheld but does not compel me' finding the ones jn between is HARD lol #at least i got my money's worth from it with lockdown acnh which was the main thing ive used it for #im also definitely still taking suggestions for things to check out. now with more thinking abt it & playing demos likely things like visual #novels or something with a story but not super graphics intensive so im not losing out w the tiny screen. most 'cozy' stuff like stardew #apparently doesnt grab me & apparently neither does like gather resources & build stuff #texticles
