#at least I don't remember Dream apologists spamming a 14yo black boy with racist slurs because a 'big blog' vagued at them

Note
to be fair the complaints against c!Dream apologists is almost exclusively reserved for the motherfuckers that victim blame the people the character hurt by using language real life people use to excuse actual abuse (“maybe he shouldn’t have pushed him” “he should have just listened” “he means well”)
But nah this alliance bullshit is weird as hell and missing the point of the actual complaints
I heard horror stories of actual abuse apologists, but never actually seen one myself. And there are, indeed, some shit takes coming from the c!Dream loving side of dsmp fandom.
If we are going to shun an entire section of the fandom because some parts of it are problematic may I remind you how abelist Techno and Dream antis often are? "Emotionless" and "Psychopath" takes, all that jazz. And these antis are more often then not Tommy/Tubbo/L'manburg apologists (again, personal experience). Should we now ostracize crimeboys and clingy duo enjoyers? No! We should acknowledge that these kind of people exists, bully them specifically, not their communities, and live in peace together, as dsmp viewers.
Not a single part of this fandom is free of sin. Hell, I've seen weirdchamp Egg enjoyers of all people.
The worst thing about that union post is the disgusting sense of entitlement. Op, and everyone who unironically agreed with that post, have a mind boggling amount self righteousness. To think that not only are they better then Dream apologists, but that they are so much better they have a moral right to harass (or whatever are they planning to do) people they disagree with. It is vile. The fact that they might have a similar mentality irl is horrifying.
I know. c!Dream is an abuser, among other things, and people finding him relatable might be uncomfortable. So was seeing people celebrate police brutality in Bitcher Army and Pandoras Valt. Get some empathy or get lost.
