Don't listen to that dude. It's perfectly okay to not want to do something to avoid a panic attack, especially in your situation. I haven't seen SAO A yet at all but if you feel like you need to, go right ahead!!

I really enjoy it so far, but I was unsure because of the warning so I wanted to protect myself. I'll probably watch the episode when I'm in a better mindset. ❤️
