Madriddom!

Here is the concept of one of the cities in my story/rpg.

Madriddom is a free city, blessed by the gods, any species can live there.

Divided into areas:

Sailboat Bay.

Where everyone comes from there, the port, to enter Madriddom needs to be inspected by the muffin mafia. It is also the place where most of the population lives. At the beginning of the port there is the lighthouse, "Wandering Light" Just behind is the coliseum where the centaurs live running, the "Hull Hall". (I'm dying) It is also linked to a dense and strange forest, with black and white colors that surround the city's casino, "Lucydreams". (Someone kill me for the jokes..) And not least, a "cemetery", where they leave the ashes of those who were, "Stellar Seas"

Altiora.

Where the nobility lives, the city's magnates, they are always coming and going from the port, but they hate it when someone from there steps into "their territory". They have their own cemetery, where they bury and make tombstones for the dead, "Gardens of Eternity" In the main village, there is a palace blessed by the symbol of leadership, called the "Throne of Aurion", where he left a dome as a gift that only the nobility enters, the "Dome of Destiny". The house in the middle of the water is the Guild! It has portals for all areas for people to make commissions and orders, it's called "Bay Shipwreck" (I CHOSE THAT NAME BECAUSE OF A BAD JOKE! AAAAAH-)

This "floating circus" is the SECRET base of the evil character of one of my best friends (one of the players who played a villainous clown qwp).

Abyssal District.

Where the city's aquatic beings live, it also houses the "Bastille of the Abyss", the city's prison where it only holds beings that don't breathe underwater.

Highvalley.

The most separated districts of the city, being connected to each other, have a starting order, being "Eagles Refuge", "Hidden Rock" and "Eternal Snows". (From right to left)

Eagles Refuge, is where hybrid species of birds live, the whole place has training grounds for hunting that harpies love.

Hidden Rock, a place for beings who like underground places more, where dwarves spend most of their time, having the great "Runic Flame" forge. On your way there you pass Madriddom's magic school, "Fragment Academy".

Eternal Snows, as the name suggests, is where species that like the cold live, there is a large pine forest next door.

Golden Dunes.

Known for the hottest part of the region, it is inhabited by hermits and desert species, but it also contains the largest library in the city, "Reflexes of Jupiter", and a very famous academy, enrolling not only magic users or nobility, but anyone with a knowledge that can be polished, "Stellon". There they also follow in the footsteps of Anubis, studying astronomy and astrology. There is also an underground prison here, the "Salt Throne", where aquatic and arctic creatures are kept.

The two copycats of the Zodiac Killer, Heriberto Seda and Shinichiro Azuma.

The Zodiac Killer is the pseudonym of an unidentified serial killer who murdered five known victims in the San Francisco Bay Area between December 1968 and October 1969. The case has been described as "arguably the most famous unsolved murder case in American history," and has become both a fixture of popular culture and a focus for efforts by amateur detectives.

Heriberto "Eddie" Seda (born July 31, 1967), often referred to as The New York Zodiac or The Brooklyn Sniper, is an American serial killer who was active in New York City from 1990 through 1993. He fatally shot three people and wounded six others (four critically) before being caught on June 18, 1996.

Seda is believed to have admired San Francisco's Zodiac Killer for avoiding capture. Police described Seda, a Brooklyn resident, as a recluse obsessed with astrology and death. He was formally charged in the case on June 21, 1996, convicted on June 24, 1998, and sentenced to 232 years imprisonment.

Crimes & Victims.

Seda attacked people throughout New York City, sending taunting messages to the police and media after each crime. The messages included codes based on International maritime signal flags, which New York Post journalist Kieran Crowley decoded with the assistance of his father-in-law, a veteran of World War II cryptography and signals intelligence.

The killer's letters to police claimed that he was selecting his victims based on their signs of the zodiac and implied he would act only at certain times when specific stars were visible in the night sky. Police consulted a professional astronomer, whose predictions about when the killer would strike proved somewhat accurate. He used an improvised firearm, explaining in his messages that the lack of rifling marks on the bullets would prevent his capture.

New York police considered the possibility that the notorious Zodiac Killer may have relocated to the East Coast and resumed his crimes after two decades of inactivity. In the late 1960s the Zodiac Killer murdered at least five people and injured another two in the San Francisco area. He sent taunting letters and coded messages to local media and was never identified. However, a handwriting analyst and consultation with California authorities ruled out that possibility.

On June 24, 1998, Seda was convicted by a jury after a six-week trial presided over by the Honorable Robert J. Hanophy, Justice of the State Supreme Court for the County of Queens, New York. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Robert J. Masters and Raymond E. Scheer. The prosecution presented testimony of 45 witnesses and introduced 150 pieces of evidence. Seda was represented by court appointed attorneys David A. Bart and John S. Wallenstein. Seda was sentenced to prison for 232 years.

Shinichiro Azuma, Seito Sakakibara, The Kobe School Killer, Onibara, and Boy A, is a Japanese killer who used the symbol of The Zodiac Killer as his signature. For years, his real name remained hidden due to the serious nature of his crimes and the fact that he was a minor when he committed them (only 14 years old).

Crimes & Victims.

On May 27, 1997, the head of Jun Hase , a special education pupil at Tainohata Elementary School, was found in front of the school gate hours before pupils arrived for classes. Hase had been beheaded with a handsaw, with further mutilations being done before being left in front of the school, for students to discover when they arrived in the morning. A note, written in red pen, was found stuffed in his mouth, identifying the killer as "Sakakibara". The note read:

"This is the beginning of the game... Try to stop me if you can you stupid police... I desperately want to see people die, it is a thrill for me to commit murder. A bloody judgment is needed for my years of great bitterness."

Additionally, some misspelled English was on the note as well: "shooll killer".

Police commented that the style of Hase's killing and the note was reminiscent of that of the Zodiac murders in the San Francisco Bay Area during the late 1960s.

On June 6, a letter was sent to the newspaper Kobe Shinbun, in which Sakakibara (Shinichiro.) claimed responsibility for the slaying and decapitation of Jun Hase, and threatened that more killings would follow. This second letter, delivered in a brown envelope postmarked June 3, had no return address or name. Enclosed was a three-page, 1400-word letter, also written in red ink, which included a six-character name that can be pronounced as "Sakakibara Seito". The same characters, which mean alcohol, devil, rose, saint and fight, were used in the first message that was inserted into the boy's mouth.

Beginning with the phrase "Now, it's the beginning of a game", the letter stated that "I am putting my life at stake for the sake of this game... If I'm caught, I'll probably be hanged... police should be angrier and more tenacious in pursuing me.... It's only when I kill that I am liberated from the constant hatred that I suffer and that I am able to attain peace. It is only when I give pain to people that I can ease my own pain." The letter also lashed out against the Japanese educational system, calling it "compulsory education that formed me, an invisible person."

In the initial panic, the Japanese media misreported the name as "Onibara" – Demon's Rose, though the killer insisted it was as he gave it. Infuriated by the mixup, Sakakibara later wrote to the station, "From now on, if you misread my name or spoil my mood I will kill three vegetables a week. If you think I can only kill children you are greatly mistaken." (Sakakibara's use of the term "vegetables" here refers to people around him; he had learned this term from his parents, who had once told him, "if you are nervous at your athletic meet, picture the people around you as vegetables."

A 14-year-old junior high school student was arrested as a suspect in the Hase murder on June 28. Shortly after his arrest, "Boy A" also confessed to the murder of a 10-year-old girl, Ayaka Yamashita, on March 16, as well as the assaults of three other girls on and around that same date. After the March 16 attack, he wrote in his diary:

"I carried out sacred experiments today to confirm how fragile human beings are... I brought the hammer down, when the girl turned to face me. I think I hit her a few times but I was too excited to remember." The following week, on March 23, he added: "This morning my mom told me, 'Poor girl. The girl attacked seems to have died.' There is no sign of me being caught... I thank you, "Bamoidōkishin", for this... Please continue to protect me."

The meaning or identity of "Bamoidōkishin" remains unclear.

After the murders, Japanese politician Shizuka Kamei called for restricting objectionable content, stating, "Movies lacking any literary or educational merit made for just showing cruel scenes... Adults should be blamed for this", and that "(The incident.) gives adults the chance to rethink the policy of self-imposed restrictions on these films and whether they should allow them just because they are profitable."

The name "Zodiac" was self-assigned by the killer in letters sent to newspapers, in which he taunted police and claimed responsibility for multiple murders. His cryptic ciphers, eerie messages, and violent crimes have fascinated true crime enthusiasts and investigators for decades. Despite extensive investigations, the Zodiac Killer's true identity remains a mystery.

The first confirmed Zodiac killings occurred on December 20, 1968, when high school students Betty Lou Jensen and David Faraday were shot and killed near Vallejo, California. The attack seemed random and without motive, but it marked the beginning of a reign of terror that would haunt the Bay Area. Several months later, on July 4, 1969, another young couple, Darlene Ferrin and Michael Mageau, were shot in their car at Blue Rock Springs Park. Mageau survived and provided a description of the attacker, but the case remained unsolved.

Shortly after the second attack, the Zodiac Killer began his infamous letter-writing campaign. On August 1, 1969, three nearly identical letters were sent to the Vallejo Times-Herald, the San Francisco Chronicle, and the San Francisco Examiner. Each letter included a portion of a cryptogram that the killer claimed would reveal his identity. He demanded the newspapers publish them or else he would commit further murders. The cryptograms, consisting of strange symbols and letters, became one of the most perplexing aspects of the case.

A breakthrough came when a California schoolteacher and his wife deciphered the first 408-symbol cryptogram. It did not contain the killer’s name but instead a chilling message expressing his enjoyment of killing. The Zodiac's obsession with cryptography, astrology, and his ability to evade capture only added to the legend. Over time, he sent more letters, with some containing additional ciphers, threats, and bizarre references to movies and pop culture.

One of the most infamous Zodiac attacks occurred on September 27, 1969, at Lake Berryessa. Bryan Hartnell and Cecelia Shepard were relaxing by the lake when a masked man approached them. He tied them up before brutally stabbing them multiple times. The killer then left a message on Hartnell’s car door, including the dates of his previous attacks and his signature symbol—a circle with a cross through it. Shepard later died from her injuries, but Hartnell survived and gave police a description of the attacker.

On October 11, 1969, the Zodiac Killer struck again in San Francisco, murdering taxi driver Paul Stine in the city’s Presidio Heights neighborhood. Unlike previous attacks, this killing appeared more calculated, as the killer took Stine’s wallet, keys, and a piece of his bloodied shirt, which he later mailed to a newspaper. Despite witnesses and a police patrol that unknowingly encountered the killer, he managed to escape once again.

As the years went by, the Zodiac continued to send letters, though they became less frequent. His later messages included more cryptograms, claims of additional murders, and even threats to attack school buses. However, many of his boasts could not be confirmed, leading some to question whether he exaggerated his body count or if he had imitators.

Several suspects have been proposed over the years, but none have been definitively proven to be the Zodiac. One of the most well-known suspects was Arthur Leigh Allen, a convicted child molester who was investigated extensively by police. However, DNA testing on letters attributed to the Zodiac did not match Allen, and no direct evidence linked him to the crimes.

Ok first thing’s first — the birth time is missing from David’s, and Gillian’s birth time isn’t a confirmed time. So ascendant signs and moon are ify…. But I’d buy that Gillian is a highly possible Leo Rising.

Let’s talk about THIS wow. What I see regardless of a birth time — placements that are 100% known.

Immediately noting: Her Leo Mars conj. His Leo Venus. It’s not close to each other (2° and 27°) but wow a Mars/Venus connection. Pure chemistry - intense, passionate, hot…. In a lot of areas not just sexually (although a sexual attraction is usually a pretty strong gravitation). Lots of symbiosis, flow, yin & yang. In non-sexual realms this can ebb and flow into things like really heated explosive arguments to really intimate and passionate agreements. In Leo too?? 😂 a fire sign??? This is a pendulum swing of burning hot, fast, and bright to ultra cuddly, kitten behavior. At their best, it’s instinctive, unbreakable, match-my-freak energy. It’s pure devotion (in whatever terms/category you want to place them). The Pluto person (David) sees the beauty in the ugly and dark and death of the Venus person (Gillian). And Venus loves Pluto in its dark complex entirety.

Venus/Pluto conj. is chemistry and attraction on a level that goes beyond explainable (the irony of MSR right? Haaaa). At its best: this is again an unbreakable and magnetic force. The tree lay sprawled across the asphalt, roots exposed like the twisted fingers of a buried hand clawing for freedom. They parked a few feet away and stepped out, heart racing as the cawing of a murder of crows echoed ominously overhead. “What now?” El sighed, running a hand through their brown hair. The tree, large and menacing, seemed to loom over them, its presence a stark reminder that this town was anything but ordinary. El's analytical mind, trained to assess and diagnose issues in aircraft systems, began to work overtime. “This must have fallen recently,” they thought, observing the fresh splintering at the base and the disturbed ground. Their engineer instincts kicked in, but an unsettling feeling prickled at their skin. The air felt heavy, as if the tree had absorbed the darkness of the night. Stepping closer, El felt a wave of anxiety wash over them. The crows’ caws intensified, and they glanced up, trying to read the sky for answers. “It’s just a tree, right?” they reasoned, but something in their gut whispered otherwise. They took a deep breath, trying to shake off the discomfort that had settled in. “Just get past it, El,” they urged themselves, but the sight of the tree held them captive. Desperation surged through El as they pulled over, stepping out of the car and rushing toward her. “Please, can you help me? I can’t leave!” they exclaimed, shaking her shoulders gently. “What is happening here? Why can’t I get out?” The woman’s eyes widened in alarm, and she took a step back, her hands trembling. “You have to stay away from the trees and—” she started, but El’s mind raced, logic slipping away as panic gripped their chest. In an instant, the serene engineer was replaced by a whirlwind of anxiety. “No! This doesn’t make sense!” El gasped, their breath coming in quick bursts. The world around them began to spin, shadows stretching and creeping closer, and they could feel the pressure building in their chest as the realization of their captivity hit home. “Breathe, El! Just breathe!” they muttered to themselves, trying to cling to the remnants of their calm nature, but it felt futile. The anxiety attack washed over them like a tidal wave, and they stumbled back, disoriented and gasping for air. Within moments, the townspeople had gathered, understanding the urgency of the situation. They moved in, gentle but firm, restraining El as the darkness thickened around them. “You can’t be out here when it’s dark,” one of them said, voice steady, almost soothing amidst the chaos. El's heart raced, and they fought against their hold, a mixture of fear and frustration coursing through them. “I just want to go home!” they cried out, but deep down, they knew that was no longer an option. The sun had set, and with it, the true nature of this place began to reveal itself. As night enveloped the town, El felt the reality of their situation sink in, the comforting familiarity of their engineer’s mind now a distant memory.

The Lilith journal page In his journal you see a selection for masters of Chaldea. Lilith being one of said masters that was found and saved by Caster Gilgamesh. She seems to be the light of everyone's life, and knows star magecraft. Maximilian tried to capture that in his journal. But just like the last entries this is blank with notes in the pages of the journal. This page of notes have no notes on the back of them. -I got word that Archer Gilgamesh and Caster Gilgamesh fight over who is the real father of her. I know she is adopted by Caster Gil, but why his Archer self wants to have her as a daughter is unknown to me...Wait is he good with kids or something? I should ask around and see. - Lilith holds tea parties with the other servants. Andersen was invited to one, but he told me, that he only went for the tea and sweets...Which I bet is a big fat lie. He looked more happier being around them. - Mages still confuse me and it seems Lilith is a star mage. I wonder if astrology falls under it, but since is young. She might not know what that is, and I am not smart enough to explain it well either if she asks what that is. - I do not know how she grew up before coming here, but it seems she is learning things at a good rate. Things seems to come naturally to her with learning. Proud of her. - She looks like a princess! I want to spoil them! I hope she never fights ever for missions and stay here enjoying everyone's time with her. - I saw her room once. Lilith has a lot of plush toys. I wonder who gave them to her, but it might just be the two Gils if I am being honest with you. Seems they are just notes praising her if anything.

As you look for other masters Matilda was in there as well. A doctor first Master second in Chaldea. Word has it that Matilda comes form a high-class Family of mages, but enjoys being a doctor a bit more with cups while overworking themselves. Maximilian tried to show that side of her, but put in flowers like roses and red orchids for some odd reason. Maybe reading the notes inside could gives us a answer to why that is. Along with as to why Yan is shown in this as well. - I got word that she spends a lot of time in the med bay area. She lives there pretty much. Her own bed, desk area, and some cups and a coffee machine? -Also found out she has a sense of humor. I saw her jars and asked what was in them. Only for her to smile and say, "can't you read what it says? That one says, 'Suspicious white substance' and the other says, 'I am in no way obligated to tell you what I keep in here.' " And moved on. I am going to take a guess and say it's for coffee...Or medical supplies. -Matilda reminds me of red orchids. I could be wrong, but my father said, that normally red orchids mean a strong passionate romantic feelings. Thing is they could also mean courage. Really I do not know enough about her to say that, but orchids are flowers you give for getting well to people, and since she dose fire magecraft I think those sides of her show well in a red orchid. - Anytime someone brings up her past about her parents she looks like she is annoyed...I am going to make a VERY wild guess here, but it seems like her parents put a lot of forced ideas and more I can't imagine on to her. Let's put in some roses to show that shall we. - Seems the servant that adores her and is in fact her servant is Yan. he is always checking up on her and seeing if she isn't drinking more then 5-12 cups a day. Plus it seems they have a brother and sister bound. It's pretty sweet to see. - Speaking of Yan he also cooks and is a cuddle buddy for her. He's a good man to do that for Matilda. But I did catch word his ways to helping are extreme. He threaten to brake her arm once if she tried to stay up and not rest for the day. Glad it didn't happen. - Since no one is going to see this I wonder why Matilda over works herself so much. She really cares as a doctor about her work where it makes me wonder how the doctor servants view her.....Now I am just thinking about doctor dramas with her as the main lead, and everyone trying to get her to sleep or stop drinking coffee as she deals with Jekyll's sass, trying to stop Nightingale's extreme treatments, and so on. Hell, I'd watch it.

The man seems to just write things about her rather then what some men might do and write about her beauty or looks. It could be due to him not getting a good grasp on her yet, or could be due to him liking only men. Then again could be both the more you think about it.

Hey, I've got a question.

Does it mean much of anything if you never lived in the place you were born? Maybe visited a handful of times over the course of a few decades, but that's it. Say, you were born in a relatively big city, but you lived very rural, at least two hours away at the closest, in places that were barely cities at most. Like, your hometown isn't even a village kind of small, and you really lived out in the woods. The entire natural geography is totally different. Think born by a bay or coastal area versus growing up in the mountains, in the woods.

I've always felt like I lived in liminality, for more reasons than I care to count. And lately, it's been driving me battier than normal for mostly annoying reasons. So it made me curious if there was any astrological significance. Or is it actually something that can be seen in a person's natal chart to begin with?

Okay. You asked a couple of questions here.

I'll try to break it down. No, not living where you were born doesn't inherently mean anything. At least not natal birth chart-wise - your natal birth chart is a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment of your birth. That's where your place of birth matters - because the snapshot is centered around you. But this natal birth chart is fixed; it doesn't really change, ya know?

There is an entire branch of astrology called locational astrology, which deals with living far from where you were born—think another time zone altogether. This is a complicated math that recalculates your ascendant and houses to where you are living now - it is sort of comparison of your natal birth chart versus the chart as if you had been born in that location. I don't know a lot about it but its something that you could look into if where you live is very far from where you were born. It could give you some answers.

Do I think that feeling liminal in life can be reflected in the natal birth chart? Absolutely. Some things in the chart that can give a feeling of liminality: mutable planetary placements, personal planets in retrograde, personal planets out of bounds, and a strong Pisces/12th house/Neptunian influence in the chart.
