For starters I was dragged into this situation against my will. And I am very pissed about Skrunkies (now @ros3tte-astr0 ) actions.

They were my best friend for three years and I've known them as a VERY sweet individual, then I woke up to that unhinged tirade and the climax of the situation from yesterday. I was completely shook and I decided to confront them about it, but they were... let's just say... completely fucking unhinged and calling me a bitch. So I've cut ties with them because holy shit that was very venomous.

I do, not care what you think Changed is. I do not care that you View it as a Puzzle game. It will ALWAYS be a fetish game, and you cannot change that.

I don't care if You love spiders, I do not care if it's a jumping spider and a vegan, it's STILL a spider, and its still a TRIGGER that needs to be Spoilered

YESSSS YES YES MY SON he's a DND oc so he's a warforged but I'm also not normal about him in the slightest

I don't have a lot of art of him unfortunately but i do have some tidbits! He sounds like the SAM automated mouth voice thing, he was created by his Totally Normal Artificer father who loves him so so so so much

In his official bio that i entered into the roll20 i said he's the specialist silliest boy, hes like 3 weeks old and he's EXTREMELY excited to meet people so he says hi to anyone who might be his friend. He's part of a strixhaven campaign so hes enrolled in quandrics which is basically magic math, but he's not in it cuz he's a robot he literally just LIKES math (just like me fr!!)

He knows three languages and also his dad is Totally Normal (he's not but i won't say any more in case my friends stalk my socials hehe)

Also, hi giddly!! This is like the 4th(?) time we've interacted, strange to be on my alt this time tho hehe

Hello World!

Hi all! I'm Astr0, read my blog description for the specifics but tl;dr: I found out/fed my love for drawing, comics and animation for the first time in nearly a decade during College and haven't looked back since.

For the last 301 days, I've drawn daily in pursuit of my goal to make 2023 the year where I started taking art seriously as a hobby, escape, and as a test of whether I could dedicate myself to develop a skill I didn't have or develop during my childhood.

I created an Instagram page for my work, and have since learned of just how unfriendly a platform it is for small artists who don't have the time to make reels. Today I've decided to give Tumblr a go in the hopes of making friends, meeting others on their own artistic journeys, and learning from others who inspire me!

By The Lake: A brief short story inspired by the horrors series Friday The 13th

“What was that?”. She whispered to herself, darkness surrounding her as the only sound that could be heard was her shoes crunching on the fallen leaves beneath her. She was tired from all the running she had to do since her and the other counselors had split up. Chest heaving up and down, clearly needing a break whatever she was running from. She starts to slowly back into what she thought was a tree, hearing muffled breathing from behind her she took two steps forward and turned around and that’s when the large lifeless creature grabbed her.

Once hearing about the re-opening of Camp Crystal Lake, she applied knowing she could use the money being a junior in high school. She heard the rumors about why the camp grounds shut down, but she wasn’t about to let some folk lore stop her from making her money

The site was beautiful! Starting from the soft yet prickly green grass, to the deep misty depths of the lake. The camp grounds it self had activities from arts and crafts to physical activities like archery, and many more things. In each camp house there held two counselors, and around 15 to 10 kids in each house with their counselors. Though since this was the re-opening week and things were being set up, like rooms, bed and etc the only people at the actually camp were counselors, the new owner and a few of his construction workers.

The girl decided to go explore until 6pm, the time everyone was told to meet back up at the main house. Walking along the trail, wind rapidly blowing making the girls golden locks dance behind her. Making her way towards the lake she could hear Mother Nature all around her, animals large and small, ones that flew and ones swam. It was all breath taking for her!

Approaching the large body of water, she made her way to the deck which didn’t look sturdy like at all, but she didn’t mind just wanting to be closer to the water. She started to take off her shoes wanting to feel the misty liquid on her feet, but she paused the feeling of bulging eyes on her, watching her every move she was sensing this feeling from the woods behind. “Maybe I’m just being paranoid” she though to herself, not wanting to let those rumors get to her she proceeded to sit on the edge of the deck and put her feet ankle deep into to the lake.

Time skip: 8:32 pm

Location: Outside the main house around a fire

The girl and about 9 other counselors were all outside surrounding a bonfire that some of the other campers had put together. A boy with brown wavy hair spoke, wanting to scare everyone.

“JASON!”. The boy went on. “Jason, that was the name of the kid that drowned here years ago, right in Crystal lake”.

“Ya know, I walked to that lake today, and it seemed pretty peaceful to me!”. She gestured, wanting to lighten the mood. “Put my piggies in and all”. Sounding almost proud .

“Well…they say if you go out past dark you can see his phantom lerking in the waters, it’s so sinister like”.

“How about a trip?”. One camper ask. Some people within the group protested while others were for the scare.

Standing out on the deck, where the girl was earlier this time accompanied by 4 others, the other half were way to scared and wanting to stay out of trouble. The girl had the same paranoid feeling from earlier, not wanting to add any more fear she stayed silent.

“Let’s get in!”. The brown haired boy suggested. Him and one other striped bare and jumped into the misty water, not knowing their upcoming faith.

“It feels so soothing”. The boys went on. They swam farther out into the lake going from up on top of the water to down below it. The girl watched the entire lake all wide eyed she noticed a very fast move my coming from the water rushing towards the boys, the girl thinking maybe it’s just a really large fish she calls out to them.

“HEY! WATCH OUT LOOKS LIKE A SHARK”. She started to laugh playful teasing the boys, watching them scatter through the water like shrimps not wanting whatever’s in the water with them to touch them.

Out of the blue a large black figure with a hockey mask and machete in hand leap from the trenches below the surface taken a hold of the two boys and taking them down under. The nice blue water being replaced by blood. Seeing this the girl and 3 other counselors sprint into the woods taking a short cut to the main house wanting to get to safety. The girl ran at lighting speed, surrounded by complete darkness and the trees above her. The only sound that could be heard was the girls very heavy breathing and the sound of leaving crunching beneath her feet as she ran.

Stopping to catch her breath, she backed up on what she thought was a tree leaning on it for support. Suddenly the girl could hear the sound of muffled breathing, taking two steps forward slowly she turned around and screamed in complete horror being face to face with the large beast, Jason! In one quick swipe of his machete the blade pierces through the her chest and she falls to the ground to be left there bleeding to death.

My apologizes for the very vague short story this was very last minute and just pieced together, lmk if I should rewrite the story, but I’m going ahead and working on Friday’s story tmr :)

Groaning, he pushes himself up, attempting to roll to his knees.  And nearly topples face-first right back onto the pavement as the world flickers and spins around him, tilting at a dangerous angle.  He blinks furiously against the spots of black that fill his vision.  Plants a trembling hand down on the ground before him, unfurls his wings behind him to give his failing form some modicum of balance.>>
